DO THE AUKUS PIRATES HAVE RESPECT OF LAW OF THE SEA?

The AUKUS anglo trilateral crew of pirates are preparing their fleets for the South China sea to enforce, what they are calling the Law of the Seas. 

Leading the charge to the South China of these South China Sea Enforcers is Buccaneer Biden from the US, Crooked Eye Convict Scotty from Australia and Jolly Jellyfish Johnson from Britain. 

With this unlikely crew leading the charge in enforcing their Pirate Code Law of the Sea interpretation, it is important to examine their home country record regarding the Law of the Sea.

Buccaneer Biden from the United States failed to sign the 1994 ratification of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, citing it as not in their economic interests. 

The US may have found a problem in their economic interest in regards to Part XIII "Marine Scientific Research", in Section 2 titled "International Co operation on Article 242", in UNCLOS, which states the following 

"States and competent international organisations shall, in accordance with the principle of respect for sovereignty and jurisdiction and on the basis of mutual benefit, promote international cooperation in marine scientific research for peaceful purposes."

Any work on Gas or oil reserves requires scientific research in which in this article it needs to be carried out with respect for sovereignty and jurisdiction of mutual benefit of marine research for peaceful purposes. 

US has had a poor track record in respecting sovereignty and peace regarding oil. 

Regarding the point of non primacy and cooperation over the South China Sea, China has actively offered joint ventures in the South China Sea with both Vietnam and the Philippines.

This year China is finalising legalities on a gas joint venture between the Philippine National Oil Company (PNOC) and the China National Offshore Oil Corp (CNOOC).

We then move on the Crooked Eye Convict Scotty, who with his Liberal faction of pirates have had an interesting experience with the Timor Gap Oil and Gas treaty. 

His fellow Pirate Davies Locker Downer bugged the East Timor Parliament so he could swindle a better East Timor Oil Gap deal, stretching into East Timor territorial waters just after East Timor suffered decades of brutal occupation.

The Australian Whistle Blower who exposed this spying scandal was made to walk the plank of being prosecuted for breaking the Pirate's code.

Last but not least there is Jolly Jellyfish Johnson from Britain. His home country has had an interesting experience when they invaded and plundered Hong Kong in their Opium war of the 1800's. 

When the English Pirates ran out of pieces of eight silver , they decided to smuggle illicit drugs into China, in the form of opium via Hong Kong, which they had produced in their plundered colony of India.

When they were stopped by China smuggling illicit opium through Hong Kong to China, war was declared on China by  the British, in a war forcing China to 100 year lease of the island, including China paying Britain back silver in what they termed "War reparations." 

This payment amounted to 21 million taels (Tael = 50 grams) of silver in the First Opium War invasion and 12 million taels of silver in the Second Opium War invasion.

We are yet to find out what this AUKUS crew have in store for the South China Sea. However we may have an insight in the Rand Corporation document titled "War with China".  Rand corporation is Global think tank which is mostly funded by Un Secretary of defence, US National Security Agencies (CIA?), US Homeland Security, along with US Army and Navy Defence. The Rand Corporation is based in Australia just like the Anti China Australian Strategic Policy Institute that is funded by the US stateDepartment and weapons companies.   

The Rand Corporation document titled "War with China"which these Pirates refer to states the following: 

"U.S. nonnuclear attacks against military targets in China could be extensive. The time frame studied is 2015 to 2025. "

Whilst this states non nuclear this document refers to "The Path to War" in extremities of mild to severe with duration of days to over a year use of satellite knockout weapons, navy, cyber attacks and submarines which Crooked Eye Convict Scotty is planning to build with nuclear power.

  The conclusion of this document states: 

"War between the two countries could begin with devastating strikes; be hard to control; last months, if not years; have no winner; "

"The United States should make sensible preparations to wage a long and fierce war with China."

I am yet to see anything in the AUKUS Pirates handbook of plans of how to make peace in line with Laws of the sea Buccaneer Biden has not signed on to.
