In many court cases around the world we see outstanding reasonable doubt in cases that allow court cases against people to be thrown out which could have resulted in a wrongful conviction.
As we have seen with the Linda Chamberlain case facts, did not match up and she was convicted through a trial by the media court of public emotion.
Emotion is a very powerful drug which makes people think and act in ways that they would not normally do and often regret.

FACTS ABOUT MISUSED PHOTO.
This is one myth in the veil of smog that we need to unveil in which I will go into further. In context of the issue we have to look at the historical context of Xinjiang with its connection with East Asian Chinese descendent people stretching back more than 3000 years before US and Australia was taken from First nations Indigenous people. Yet it is the US and Australia who are hinting towards a separatist Turkic Uighur State alongside their allegations at the treatment of Uyghurs by China, in which seems to hide an agenda.
HISTORICAL CONTEXT OF XINJIANG
With the issue of Xinjiang and Uyghur people there has been reports official and unofficial in which little puffs of smoke have resulted in a bushfire of claims in which such smoke appear to be a smog of unknown when peeling back claims made of genocide and concentration camps of abuse in Xinjiang China.
The Xinjiang region has been part of China's administration as fact back as an administrative region in silk road trade which goes as far back as before Christ with Tarim Basin ancient mummies showing a predominance of both Scythian Celt (migrated from Baltic areas of Europe east) and Chinese East Asian DNA, but not Uighur Turkic DNA.

With the US pull out of Afghanistan it seems like Uyghur Militants are now siding with Islamic State K (ISK)in Afghanistan as we have seen in the October 9 2021 terrorist bombing by a Uyghur militant on behalf of ISK as the US were pulling out. As a side note China has had a long ruling interrelation with Tibet going back as far as royal inter marriage in the 7th Century Tang Dynasty on the request of Tubo King Songtsan from Tibet. In the 13th Century Tibet was under the rule of the Yuan Dyansty. This is part of China's sovereignty and I do not see calls for European countries to be redrawn to pre 23th Century status.

It seems unfathomable that countries like US and Australia who stole their land coming from another side of the world over in the 15th and 18th centuries, questions China's legitimacy in these regions
In relation to Xinjiang, whilst there is the near and present danger of terrorism near China's border, unlike the US, China has not chosen to go to war in other countries as a response even though it has had terrorism attacks by ETIM in their territory.

ISLAM & UIGHUR ISSUE CHINA
In Xinjiang there are many ethnic groups in whom Uyghur Muslims are one. There are other Muslims in China whom I have met in Beijing who freely practice their religion, as China has 39,135 mosques as opposed to the US which has only 2,769. However like US, China is not a predominantly muslim country. China's religion percentages are as follows: 80% Chinese folk religion; 13–16% are Buddhists; 10% are Taoist; 2.53% are Christians; and 0.83% are Muslims.

In my own research I have met muslims people in Beijing who are happy with their life and practice of Islam and are not being oppressed as. Whilst like in western countries most practicing Muslims are peaceful there can be extremist elements like factions of Islamic Wahhabism which can inflate as we have seen in early 2000's with the Taliban with Osama Bin Laden and ISK. We have also seen the Right wing Christian extremist group the Crusaders in the US planning attacks on mosques.

No country accepts such extremis and China is no exception.
This brings me to the issue of many claims that China is somehow persecuting Uyghur muslims with many claims that need to be objectively deciphered through the fog which many in the west are calling smoke with fire evidence.
When making such claims we have not one piece of video or photo evidence of orchestrated Uyghur abuse in China as we do with the abuse of Muslims in Guantonomo bay, even though now almost every person has a camera mobile phone.

We only have testimonials, satellite pictures and numbers, which have not been fully fact checked with supporting evidence and many of these claims appear to be dubious.
Regarding testimonials we have seen the claim of a supposed Uyghur ex Police officer Wang Leizhan who fronted a Uyghur tribunal as a fact witness with claims of torture on Uighur Muslims.
The Uyghur Tribunal was established when Uyghur separatist organisations enlisted UK based barrister Geoffrey Nice to hear claims of Uighur abuse.
This Uighur Tribunal has many inconstancies and lack of impartiality or independence that researcher Brian Berletic exposes.

There is absolutely no independent credibility with the Uyghur Tribunal in which individuals involved in this Tribunal are linked with US foreign Policy Anti China Think Tanks. MEDIA & FALSE CLAIMS
In the CNN interview with a supposed Xinjiang police officer Wang Leizhan, who made accusations of Uighur abuse wearing a supposed police uniform which he wore at the Uighur Tribunal, showed that the badge of the uniform which had inconsistent lettering with the official Xinjiang Chinese Police Uniform.
In another case on CNN of Uyghur Teurxunnayi Ziyaodeng on CNN, she claimed she was abused and tortured when arrested.
In her claims she states after this abuse she was under house arrest from January 2019 until June 2019.
However in her CNN interview, the issue date was covered and for good reason.
Revelations show her passport was issued in March 2019 when she was supposed to be under House arrest. No country in the world would issue a passport when a person is under arrest.

Uyghur Mahire Nurmemet is another case in which she claimed her parents had been put in detention by Chinese authorities. However video evidence prove her parents were and are not in detention and were shocked by her claims.
Another false claim was by a vocal Xinjiang Uyghur abuse accuser Arslan Hidayat who has gone on media over the world and here in Australia claiming his father in law Adsil Mijit who is a celebrity in China has gone missing.

With the volatile situation of the Uyghur East Turkistan Islamic movement terrorist group Arslan has publicly revealed he wants to become better at being an extremist and separatist.

Rushan Abas whose sister Gushlan Abas who is on terrorism charges in China puts up photos of school children at a school with no supporting evidence stating they are going to some sort of re education camp as part of a genocide:

If reference to Gushlan it has to be remembered there are Uighur separatists in China that have been caught co operating with the Uyghur ETIM (East Turkistan Islamic Movement) terrorist group or other linked groups by raising money for them.
Use of such money would be used in assisting the transfer of ETIM fighters to fight with ISK in Afghanistan or ISIS in Syria.
Rushan's brother Rishat who is also part of Campaign for Uyghurs places Uighur Children writing in Chinese characters as Genocide. In Australia, US and Britain writing with the core national language is a basic requirement in their Education Department curriculum.
This shows a very unhinged amount of claims as so called evidence.
There are many other testimonials that have come under question and we are yet to see medical evidence or other firm corroborating evidence on many testimonials, which is required in any investigation.

Another main source of these claims against China on the Xingjiang Uyghur issue to the Australian media and to our current government in forming their policy on China is through the Australian Strategic Policy Institute and the Inter Parliamentary Alliance, Adrian Zenz.
Adrian Zenz, as mentioned, is from the Victims of Communism Foundation and a right-wing evangelist who wrote a book “Worthy to Receive” where he calls for “Spiritual Spanking” of children, he asserts LGBTI gender equality issues as a satanic campaign and speaks against anti-racist hate-crime legislation tolerance, calling it the leopard like powers of the Anti-Christ which he has not denied.

Adrian Zenz makes submissions to the UN and US government foreign Policy on China. Adrian Zenz posted on Twitter without fact checking as supposed evidence of the reporting of a girl finding a note in a North Face shoe she had received as a present.

The note supposedly was from a Uyghur requesting help as they were supposedly in a forced-labour jail. Others in the Uyghur Anti-China groups posted this claim. After simple fact checking it was found that the North Face shoe was manufactured in Vietnam and North Face have no manufacturing in Xinjiang.

Another source who is funded by the CIA is the National Endowment For Democracy organisation in the US, which has been involved in overthrowing elected governments that do not suit US policy.
Omer Kanat, who is the Chairman of the World Uyghur Foundation who works with Adrian Zenz, would be thought of as having closely sourced evidence on any Uighur abuses. When it comes to source of figures and information he has no clue and states they are from“Western Media Estimates.”

These ASPI Nathan Ruser satellite photos are showing walled boarding schools with soccer pitches and basketball courts on them in which I am familiar with in teaching in China as student welfare is important with students who board at these schools, not going AWOL, creating a duty of care issue for the schools. Many industrial parks in China are walled for security.
How does this account for evidence?
We have seen before vague satellite photos used to imply Iraq had Weapons of Mass destruction which was later proven false.

In my analysis of this photo and being on the ground in China this looks like a typical China entry to a public recreational park area with off park car parking and bus parking similar to the recreational parks I visited in Guangdong. However, it is much greener in Southern China than the far west semi desert environment of Xinjiang.

Another claim by ASPI is that China is selling Uighur slave labour by using an advertisement of a Chinese government funded Vocational Education Employment initiative which is part of a de-radicalisation program offering direction and employment to Uyghur people to avoid falling into the hands of extremist groups such as the TIP/ETIM.

In own links from ASPI Uyghur workers receive a Vocational training minimum wage of 2,300 ($480 AU) a month which on top they get accommodation if working in remote location, transportation, free work meals etc with a lower cost of living than three time less than Australia which would calculate the minimum wage to $1,440 AU per month or $720 AU a fortnight.

I have had personal experience regarding Vocational employment opportunities for young people when I worked at a Vocational Technical High School where I started the first Chinese Australian football team in China.
I witnessed one of the Vocational teachers interrupt one of our football training sessions asking students if they wanted summer holiday work in which the teacher explained to me, as he was bilingual. The student player's training responded.
After they responded I asked what was your response to one of the student players who spoke English. He said to me that they asked for work hours that did not get in the way of their football training and that the teacher offering the work accepted their request.

The students at that Vocational High school were boarding students who had onsite accommodation. For students' welfare safety and duty of care the high school was fenced in and students had to let the Security guard know at the gate entrance when they left the school grounds. Most times they did not speak to Security and just waved walking out the gates.
It would be easy to take selective photos of the schools entry and of the security Guard at the front, call it a labor camp.
Even if you took photos of Australian prisons any story can be created such as abuse camps and forced labor.
The US seem to be looking to hurt Uyghur people more than helping them when Badger Athletic were bullied to close a Xinjiang factory with no Independent audit evidence whatsoever putting local Uyghurs into unemployment. Badger Sports forced to pay $300,000 to US backed Uyghur Separatist group.
A global forensic accounting firm undertook an investigation the in of the Hetian Taida factory facility in the Aidelaisi Industry Zone, that Badger Sportswear were using and concluded that was sourcing from this factory complied with the Badger Global Sourcing Policy, which prohibits use of forced labor.
The investigation also indicated that the facility’s operations were consistent with the certification it held from Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP), an independent non-profit that audits factories to check for safe, lawful, humane, and ethical working conditions.
It seems the US is hell bent of creating Uighur unemployment pain in Xinjiang to forment unrest protests, that they can manipulate into a separatist coup.

All we have is claims by a US funded Uyghur Separatist motivated group that establishes its own non Independent Tribunal, that is not recognised in accredited International law, making such claims accepted by the world on face value with no real facts and a lot of debunked testimonials, that is not cross examined properly and has no real supporting evidence, for claims made against China on this issue. The big questions that remain are:
Why is these Uyghur abuse proponents need to make claims on what seems to be manipulated, false, contradictory, outright fake and in cases fabricated as real evidence, if the individuals and groups making such claims believe they have a strong case?
Why has not these source claims been independently and thoroughly cross examined?
Why are no investigative western journalists thoroughly examining these apparent holes in Xinjiang Uyghur abuse claims?
Should not we have a fact checking procedure regarding such huge claims which reverberate through the media, to see if they are claims based on fact that is beyond reasonable doubt?
AUSTRALIAN SILENCING OF THOSE WHO REVEAL THIS.
One indication of not examining what I have covered is fear of abuse and even death threats which ex Director of Chinese studies at the Australian National Studies Jane Golly received on Twitter:
The abuse included a comment that she did not deserve to have children and that they knew where she lived.
Apart from one article in the Canberra Times the Australian media have been silent on this abusive violence against a high profile female academic including politically correct promoting ABC.

Fortunately the ASPI contributor appeared to backpedal in my opinion and settled out of court as Marcus Reubenstein counter sued him which in my opinion had a far more credible case.
I do not think ASPi would like further attention placed on them if this court case ran out further.

No journalist of courage should be bullied from reporting on sourced facts that may not suit others' narrative.
The final question is that are there any journalists of courage, with integrity left ?
